Formation of BMRCL Employees Union in 2016
Established in 2016, the BMRCL Employees Union (INTUC affiliated) works tirelessly to safeguard metro workers’ rights, improve workplace conditions, and ensure fair growth for every employee.
Our Journey of Struggles and Success
The Bangalore Metro Union was registered in 2016, uniting employees under one voice. With legal support and solidarity, it challenged management and achieved significant improvements for workers.
Through court victories and consistent demands, the union ensured better pay, promotions, housing, and facilities, setting a new standard of fairness for BMRCL employees.
