The Struggle That Shaped Noida Metro Sanyukt Karamchari Sangh
Formed after years of ignored employee concerns, NMSKS became a strong voice advocating fair promotions, allowances, EPF rights, childcare, and transparent policies, ensuring dignity for every NMRC staff member.
Major Wins
Milestones Achieved by Noida Metro Union
NMSKS secured first-ever promotion policy, revised allowances, reinstated staff, repatriated deputed employees, and updated childcare policies for NMRC staff.
Service Loss Compensation
Additional promotion by 2026 for employees to recover lost career opportunities due to delayed promotions since 2018.
EPF Contributions
NMRC must deposit missing 2018–2019 employer and employee EPF contributions along with accrued interest promptly.
Medical Policy Reform
Employees to get ₹10 lakh cashless medical coverage, including dependent parents, replacing reimbursement-based system.
Crèche Facility
On-site childcare proposed for female workforce, supporting women employees and complying with government welfare norms.
About Us
The Noida Metro Sanyukt Karamchari Sangh (NMSKS), registered on 6th December 2023, represents employees of Noida Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Formed after years of unresolved employee concerns, NMSKS works tirelessly to ensure fair promotions, transparent workplace policies, and employee welfare initiatives.
The union protects every staff member’s rights, advocates equal opportunities for women employees, and promotes a safe, fair, and transparent work environment.
