Our Journey and Milestones

Founded in 2021 with support from Shri Shiva Gopal Mishra, UPMRKU has grown to represent hundreds of metro employees, advocating for welfare, rights, and professional development across UP.

Successfully introduced group insurance, cashless medical benefits, Child Care Leave advocacy, and held leadership trainings and workshops for metro staff empowerment.

  • Achieved Group Term Insurance Policy of ₹25 Lakhs in 2025

  • Organized first AIMREF AGM with nationwide metro employee participation.
